How to request deletion of your data

To have your submission and personal information (your name, email address, photo, caption, and consent records) deleted, contact us either way:

Send a message to the Trophy Bucks of Iowa Facebook Page asking for your data to be deleted, or
Reply to any email we sent you (such as your submission confirmation) with the subject line “Delete my data”.

Include the email address you used to submit so we can locate your records. We will delete your submission data within 30 days and confirm by email. If your photo was already posted to our Facebook Page, Instagram account, or the Trophy Bucks of Iowa website (trophybucksofiowa.com), tell us and we will remove the post as well.

Stop us using your submission to improve our services

If you ticked the optional box letting us use your submission to improve our services, you can change your mind the same way: send us a message or reply to one of our emails asking us to stop, with the email address you used. We’ll stop using your submission for this going forward; your photo stays posted unless you also ask us to delete it.

What we delete

Your stored submission details, uploaded and processed images, and consent records. We may retain minimal records where required to document that a deletion was performed.
