How to request deletion of your data

To have your submission and personal information (your name, email address, photo, caption, and consent records) deleted, contact us either way:

Send a message to the Trophy Bucks of Iowa Facebook Page asking for your data to be deleted, or
Reply to any email we sent you (such as your submission confirmation) with the subject line “Delete my data”.

Include the email address you used to submit so we can locate your records. We will delete your submission data within 30 days and confirm by email. If your photo was already posted to our Facebook Page, Instagram account, or the Trophy Bucks of Iowa website (trophybucksofiowa.com), tell us and we will remove the post as well.

What we delete

Your stored submission details, uploaded and processed images, and consent records. We may retain minimal records where required to document that a deletion was performed.
